Threxxonstzleul provides shrub trimming, tree care, height reduction, and garden maintenance services rather than physical goods. Because our work is performed on your property and cannot be "returned" in the way a product can, this Return Policy explains in detail how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, satisfaction concerns, and related matters for all of our landscape and tree care services.

Nature of Our Services

Our services include shrub trimming (shaping and maintaining hedges and shrubs), tree care (pruning, crown cleaning, and structural work), height reduction (controlled reduction of tree or shrub height), and ongoing garden care (weeding, edging, light cleanup, and recurring maintenance). These services are performed on your premises; once the work is completed, it cannot be physically returned. We strive to complete all work to a high standard and in line with the scope agreed with you (whether in writing, by email, or by phone). If you are not satisfied with the result, we ask that you contact us promptly so we can discuss the situation and, where appropriate, offer a remedy such as a follow-up visit to correct the work, a partial refund, or another solution that we consider fair in the circumstances, all in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling by You

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for shrub trimming, tree care, or garden maintenance, please contact us as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes and to reschedule your appointment to a mutually convenient time. Cancellation terms (including any deposit, prepayment, or cancellation fee) will be as agreed at the time of booking or as set out in any written service agreement you have with us. If no specific terms were agreed, we generally do not charge a fee for cancellations or rescheduling made with reasonable notice (e.g., at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled visit), unless we have already incurred non-refundable costs (such as materials or dedicated crew time that cannot be reallocated). For recurring garden care or maintenance contracts, cancellation and notice periods will be set out in your service agreement; you may be required to provide written notice a certain number of days or weeks in advance to avoid charges for the next scheduled visit. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, as communicated to you at the time of booking or in your contract.

Cancellation by Threxxonstzleul

We may cancel or postpone an appointment due to weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, or extreme heat that make tree or shrub work unsafe or inadvisable), illness, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will notify you as soon as practicable and will offer to reschedule at no extra charge. If we cancel for reasons within our control (e.g., operational error or scheduling conflict), we will refund any deposit or prepayment you have made for that specific visit in full, and we may offer a discount or other gesture of goodwill for a future booking at our discretion. We also reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we determine that the requested work is outside our scope, poses a safety concern, or conflicts with our policies or applicable law; in such cases we will explain the reason and, if you have already paid, we will refund any amount applicable to the cancelled work.

Deposits and Prepayments

For larger or more complex jobs (e.g., significant tree work, multi-day height reduction projects, or long-term garden care contracts), we may request a deposit or prepayment to secure the booking and to cover initial costs. The amount and timing of any deposit or prepayment will be agreed with you before work begins. If you cancel after we have reserved time or incurred costs (e.g., ordering materials or turning down other work), we may retain all or part of the deposit to cover those costs. Any such retention will be communicated to you in advance or at the time of booking, and we will only retain an amount that is reasonable and proportionate to our actual losses. If we cancel the appointment for reasons within our control, we will refund any deposit or prepayment in full. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather), we will either apply the deposit to a rescheduled date or refund it in full, at your choice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds After Service Has Been Performed

If you believe that the shrub trimming, tree care, or garden care we performed did not meet the agreed scope or standard (e.g., the work was incomplete, incorrectly done, or not as described in the quote or order confirmation), please contact us within a reasonable period—typically within 7 to 14 days of the service date—and describe the issue in detail. We will review your concern in good faith and may offer one or more of the following: a return visit to correct or complete the work at no additional charge; a partial refund reflecting the portion of the work that did not meet the standard; or another remedy that we consider fair in the circumstances. Refunds, when granted, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card refund or check), unless otherwise agreed, and may take several business days to appear in your account. We do not offer refunds for work that was completed as agreed and that you simply no longer want, or for changes in your personal preference after the fact (e.g., you later decide you wanted a different shape for your shrubs). We also do not offer refunds for normal seasonal changes in the appearance of plants after our work (e.g., regrowth or natural browning) unless we failed to perform the agreed service.

Weather and Unforeseen Events

If we are unable to perform the service on the scheduled date due to weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or extreme temperatures that make tree or shrub work unsafe or ineffective) or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, civil unrest, or government order), we will contact you to reschedule. The rescheduled visit will be at no extra charge, and any prepayment you made for the postponed visit will be applied to the new date. If you prefer to cancel entirely in such a situation rather than reschedule, we will refund any amount you have paid for that specific visit in full. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Recurring and Subscription-Style Services

If you have signed up for recurring garden care or maintenance (e.g., monthly shrub trimming or seasonal visits), the terms of cancellation and refund will be set out in your service agreement. Typically you may cancel the recurring service by giving us written notice (e.g., by email) a specified number of days or weeks before the next scheduled visit; until that notice period has passed, you may remain responsible for payment for any visit that has already been scheduled. Prepayments for a package of visits (e.g., a set number of monthly visits) may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any unused visits if you cancel in accordance with the agreement, minus any applicable administrative or processing fee if stated in the agreement. We will not charge you for visits that we did not perform.

Disputes and Complaints

We aim to resolve any dispute or complaint about our services in good faith and in a timely manner. If you are not satisfied with our initial response or with any refund or corrective action we offer, you may request that your concern be escalated to a manager or owner. If we cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be referred to mediation or to the courts in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable law. Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction, where applicable.
